The Governor of North Carolina, Roy Cooper has issued an executive stay-home order effective Monday, March 30, 2020, at 5 p.m. to limit the spread of the Coronavirus.
Governor Cooper said the order will direct residents to stay home unless they need to leave for essentials-such as jobs, food, medicine, outdoor exercise, or to help others.
Essential services will continue.
Gatherings of more than 10 people are also banned, and everyone is directed to stay at least six feet away from each other.
