North Carolinians if you are not staying inside, let me remind you, you could have already been exposed to COVID-19.

It’s very important that we all take heed to the CDC guidelines so that we can ensure that everyone is safe and staying healthy.

Hospitals all around the country are becoming overwhelmed with positive COVID-19 cases and you can prevent further problems by staying in quarantine.

Four residents of North Carolina have died of COVID-19:

(2)-Cabarrus County

(1)-Harnett County

(1)- Johnston County

Experts say this is just the beginning and we are in for a bumpy ride for the next 12 to 18 months, according to Dr. Ashish Jha, the director of the Harvard Global Health Institute.
