Frederick Andrew Angoco had a warrant out for his arrest in York County, Virginia. He was arrested in Craven County after a post on Facebook from Concerned Parents of Craven County was posted, and someone gave him the location he was staying.
He is currently being transported to York County Virginia, where his court date is set for October. The event happened in April 2019 with a 21-year-old male. He had been a music teacher at Tucker Creek Middle School in Havelock.
The event happened while he was on a field trip. The charges he is facing are Felony Forcible Sodomy. He was suspended from Tucker Creek on August 27th. He was charged on September 3rd, 2020. According to Virginia Law, the charges brought against him could put him away for five years to life in prison.
